**we
require a mare foaling at Bishop Lane to be stalled for
not less then one month prior to foaling to properly
monitor condition, nutrition and activity of mare. Stall board of $450.00 per month
will be assessed. |

Stallions being hauled in must leaving cashiers check,
cash or credit card. |

Any equitainers out more than 5 days post
shipment will be charged $25.00 per day. |

BLF has the right to charge $300.00
refundable deposit on BLF equitainers. |

No horses may depart BLF unless all vet fees,
boarding fees, and farrier fees have been paid in full. |
|
No personal check will be accepted on the day
of departure. |
|
Stallions or mares hauling into BLF for
collection of insemination will be allowed to be collected
or insemination without payment and signutu4re of boarding
agreement which can be faxed or mailed to BLF prior to
arrival. Also current coggins must be faxed or present upon
arrival of horse. |
|
Any horse that is to become a residence of
BLF must have current coggins and heath papers at arrival. |
|
Any horses within 30 days in arrears will be
discontinued and legal remedies will be pursued. |
|
No horse will be unloaded until signed
agreement and medial records have been received. |

Bishop
Lane Farm specializes in reproduction and foaling.
We regretfully do not have the pasture or stall space to
board horses that are not here for breeding or foaling. Therefore,
unless mares are to be re-bred we ask that mare and foal depart 30
days post foaling. |
